Made by Matthieu Vallée, who took over Chateau Yvonne in 2007, this is Biodynamically farmed and certified organic Chenin Blanc from three hectares of vines that range in age from five to over 80 years. Hand-harvested, native yeast fermented in barrel, with natural malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered.

Beautiful golden hue. Rich yet balanced by refreshing acidity, this wine is marked by flavors of fresh green apple, pear, ripe yellow peach, and an intense minerality.
