Shipping Policy

By placing an order on this site, you hereby agree to the following:

You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from (TOFINO WINES, INC.). By placing your order, you validate that you or the person who accepts delivery will be 21 years of age or older. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and you will need to be present and show proof of identification at the time of delivery. Alcohol will not be delivered to visibly intoxicated person(s). Because a common carrier is responsible for delivery, you acknowledge and expressly agree that is not responsible for the delivery of alcohol to underage persons or intoxicated persons.

By placing an order on this site, you hereby agree to "Terms of Service," in addition to the following shipping terms:

Title on all alcohol passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of California. If you require that your alcohol be shipped, you authorize to engage a common carrier to deliver the alcohol on your behalf. By requesting the shipment of alcohol, you are expressly consenting to the sharing of your information to a common carrier in order to facilitate delivery. The Buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and is responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. By placing an order, you authorize to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Three delivery attempts will be made. If you are unavailable to receive your order or make an alternate arrangement to get your package from the carrier, you will be responsible for the costs or product and shipping, and your order will not be refunded by Tomorrowswine.

Please note that we do not ship internationally.

During periods of extreme weather, we recommend postponing your wine shipment via ground services to ensure the safest conditions of your order. Neither nor our freight carriers will accept liability for weather-related damage. Efforts are made to ship your packages at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend, as we have no control over the temperature conditions at our freight carrier's warehouses. During business hours, orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped (in the possession of the shipping carrier). A re-routing may be requested by the customer after shipment, but the customer will be responsible for any associated fees charged by the shipping carrier.

Order cancellations made before shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless there was an error on our behalf. If we have not yet charged your credit card, you may cancel your order without being subject to the restocking fee.
