This wine comes from a single plot of Gamay less than .5 hectares in size, where the vines grow on rich volcanic and limestone soils and are farmed biodynamically. Natural fermentation with native yeasts in fiberglass. Aged in in old wood and bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur.

A juicy and highly drinkable red, with notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, cloves and black pepper.
