Villbrygg's sparkling botanical drinks can be enjoyed as an alternative to alcohol or as a healthier "soda for grown ups". The drinks are dry, complex in flavor and made to compliment food.

Here the delicious, lush flower meadows are celebrated. A sparkling, fresh drink with sophisticated flavors, ENG (Meadow) is a fermented infusion of the Nordic wild plants Meadowsweet and fireweed, collected by Villbrygg's network of knowledgeable foragers throughout Norway, combined with lemon balm grown on Linderud farm in Oslo.  Notes of black tea, dried fruit, flowers, almond and citrus.
