Thibaud Boudignon has become one of the Loire's most sought-after producers, transforming from cult favorite to essential Chenin Blanc reference. His Anjou Blanc is sourced from 35-year-old vines on volcanic rhyolite and grey schist soils. 

Boudignon is committed to strict organic practices. The high-density plantings and shallow soils stress the vines, concentrating flavors in this pure and precise expression of Loire Chenin. He ferments with indigenous yeasts and generally avoids malolactic conversion, preserving the grape's natural acidity and mineral backbone that defines great Anjou whites. It is aged in varying sized barrels (20% new), which serve to add another dimension of complexity to the wine.
