Type: White Wine
Martin Texier (son of, Eric, the now famous northern Rhône natural wine producer) began making wine in 2014 after a previous life studying economics. After leaving university, he ventured into music and also spent time in New York City learning about the wine trade. It was after this that he realized that his calling was to follow in his father’s footsteps and return to the vines.
This wine comes from Texier's young vines in the cooler, more limestone-driven vineyard area of Brézème. Organic farming. Whole cluster, direct press, native yeast fermentation, aging on lees in concrete, no stirring, very minimal sulfur added at bottling.
A rich and textured aromatic white.
