Type: White Wine
Renaud Boyer settled in 2004 in a small part of his family’s vast domain in Meursault. Today, he runs this 3-hectare micro-estate. He inherited vines from his uncle that had already been certified organic and biodynamic since 1986. The parcels are in Saint Romain, Puligny-Montrachet and around Beaune. His wines are made entirely without sulfur and vinifications are done whole-cluster. His wines have been rejected by the labelling authorities, and therefore must be sold as Vin de France, though the names of the cuvées hint at their origins (like SR for Saint Romain, etc.). Boyer’s Japanese wife designs the beautiful labels.
