Grape: Macabeu/Garnacha Blanca/Moscatel/Vinyater/Xarel-lo/Parellada
Organic farming on clay-calcareous soils. Harvest is performed by hand. Once they arrive at the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and a portion goes through a skin-contact maceration for 1 to 3 days. The wine ferments with native yeast and rests for 2 months in stainless steel deposits. Bottled without added sulfur.
The VN cuvee is a field blend of seven white grapes usually used for cava but here without a hint of sweetness. This wine expresses the typical white grape characters of the region: fresh and briny, with a bracing acidity that grips the palate.
