This dusky pink vermouth was made with a base of directly-pressed Cabernet Franc sourced from the 2022 vintage and a grape 'eau de vie' macerated with Sichuan pepper, cocoa nibs, star anise, buckwheat, cinchona bark, citrus fruits, and wormwood leaves.
The grape juice was fortified after pressing by adding the macerated eau de vie. It was aged for 10 months in a tank before bottling in July 2023.

Delicious over ice or with a touch of tonic.
