"J'aurai Ta Peau" translates to "I will get your skin", "I'm gonna get you" in a playful way. 

7th generation winemaker Matthieu Barret purchases the Roussanne grapes in Allan, 50 minutes driving south of Cornas. He harvests with his team and bring the grapes back to the winery to start the vinification there. The wine months on skins and 5 months in clay vessels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The finesse and delicacy of the stone fruit aromatics are supported by a tannic structure that’s present but not drying. Saline on the palate, with exotic fruit notes and medium body.
