The Gamay for this wine is grown in the Southern part of Beaujolais. 100% whole cluster fermented, it is a zero-zero wine (meaning nothing is added post-harvest - no sugar, no non-native yeast, no SO2). The vines providing this fruit are 50-100 years old, growing on steep, well-drained vineyards found at 2,000+ feet of elevation just south of Fleurie.

A fresh and limestone-driven wine that accentuates high-toned fruit aromas, brightness and verve! Great with a light chill.
