From a traditional 12-bottle solera selected from Bodegas del Rio in Sanlucar and maintained by Willy Pérez and Ramiro Ibáñez. 100% Palomino, mostly from the family's Casilla Verde vineyard in Miraflores Baja. Fermented in steel tank on the lees, then biologically aged under flor for an average of 3.5 years in a traditional 1/2 solera system.

This is a delicious, classically briny Manzanilla with a rich mouthfeel and a bright, saline finish.
