Vins Contés reds are all made similarly: semi-carbonic maceration with whole clusters layered in closed tanks with CO2; co-fermentation with indigenous yeasts only; aging in fiberglass tanks; bottling without fining or filtration in early spring after harvest. No sulfur added at any point.

A dry, fruity, medium-bodied wine.
