Antoine and Julia are part of a new wave of young winemakers to come through in the Jura region. Antoine’s journey has taken him across the world making both wine and spontaneous ferment beer - from Australia and California to Brazil. They have settled in the Jura, but work as negotiants, sourcing grapes from all over France. 

Love Will Tear Us Apart is 100% Gamay from neighbouring Beaujolais. Whole grapes are macerated for 2 months to produce a classic, deeply juicy red. Raspberry acidity, with a slightly peppery finish.
