Les Maison Brûlées, founded by Michel & Beatrice Augé, was one of the very first Biodynamic cooperatives in France. Now owned by Paul & Corinne Gillet, it has been a Certified Biodynamic farm for over 30 years. No added sulfur.

Biodynamic, organic, native yeast. All the grapes here are pressed together in their old basket press, very slowly. The result is light in color, but deep in flavor and complexity, with spiced and fruity palate, and some bright freshness at the end.
