Brothers Guillaume and Charles Soulier make Les Frères Soulier Prime from Cinsault and Clairette grapes grown on their 8-hectare estate in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, Gard. The vineyards are planted on limestone scree hills and rolled pebbles in the Rhône Valley between Nîmes and Avignon. Using organic viticulture, the brothers work the soil with horses while sheep and goats manage weeding. The wine undergoes minimal intervention winemaking with natural fermentation and light handling.

Light and fresh with crisp red fruits and floral notes.
