Brothers Guillaume and Charles Soulier make wines from fruit grown on their 8-hectare estate in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, Gard. The vineyards are planted on limestone scree hills and rolled pebbles in the Rhône Valley between Nîmes and Avignon. Using organic viticulture, the brothers work the soil with horses while sheep and goats manage weeding. The wine undergoes minimal intervention winemaking with natural fermentation and light handling.
A pale, salmon-hued rosé with strawberry, white flowers, and subtle herbal eucalyptus notes. The palate delivers fresh acidity, fine-grained texture, and characteristic limestone minerality with a clean, vibrant finish.
