Axel Prüfer is originally from East Germany, but left to make wine in France and ended up settling in the Languedoc. Axel is committed to making his wines in a stripped-down, non-interventionist way and by fastidiously practicing organic viticulture, he is able to harvest pristine fruit that requires no additions.

This cuveé is made using carbonic maceration for a fresh, early-drinking style. Aromas of ripe strawberries, cocoa, and spiced plum. Light on the palate but with tons of character and notes of cherry, strawberry and blood orange.
