Axel is committed to making his wines in a stripped-down, non-interventionist way and by fastidiously practicing organic viticulture, he is able to harvest pristine fruit that requires no additions. 10% ABV.

A light and bright red with notes of citrus, cranberry, pomegranate and tart apple.
