Organic vineyards located in Pinet, relatively close to the Mediteranean Sea. Grapes were direct pressed and fermented naturally with no additives and aged seperately for about 6 months in fiberglass tanks. Blended together and then bottled without sulfur about a month later.

A beautiful natural wine made for seafood. Fresh and crisp, with notes of dried pears and turmeric.
