Kewin (French for Kevin) produced his first vintage in 2013, at the old age of 21. Kewin, whose nickname is Kéké, currently farms about 15 acres of Morgon, given to him by his father, Georges Descombes, and four acres he rents within the Beaujolais appellation. Cuvée Kéké is his entry-level offering, widely acclaimed as a classic example of Beaujolais.
Ruby red color with purple highlights. Pretty red fruit aromas with spicy notes on the nose. Fleshy and structured on the palate, with notes of cherries, sweet cranberries, smoke, and soil.
