This is natural winemaker Craig Haarmeyer's own take on Blaufrankisch, a dark skinned variety originally hailing from Austria and the Czech Republic. Fruit is de-stemmed to one ton tanks for a native fermentation, then pressed to neutral 500L puncheons to finish malolactic fermentation.

Blau-Blau' is dark ruby with aromas of cassis, black cherry and steeped tea leaves. The palate is elegant with soft, with medium body, well integrated tannins and crunchy acidity. Perfect for fall with a light chill.
