Winemaker Ketevan (Keti) Berishvili grew up making wine with her father Kakha in their vineyards located in the village of Artana, in the northwest of Kakheti, Georgia. Kakha was one of the founders of the natural wine movement there, and a mentor to the generation of Kakhetian winemakers that came after him. He was working under the label Artanuli Gvino until the 2021 vintage, when the two decided that the whole Berishvili family would produce wine under Keti's label, GOGO (translates to ‘girl’ in Georgian).

GOGO is an homage to the importance of the role of women in what has been a male-dominated vocation in Georgia. Though the label is now a collaboration between the two generations of the Berishvili family, GOGO is really Keti's project with Kakha, who spends most of his time in the vineyards. Keti is devoted to producing wines that are true to the place and are made with respect for nature. Winemaking techniques are very traditional, with an emphasis on manual practices, such as foot treading.

ChiAmami Red is made from 80% Rkatsiteli, which are matured on the skins of the black-colored Saperavi in qvevri, which makes up the remainder of the blend. Fresh and lifted, with bright notes of red raspberry & plum, and just enough tannic grip.
