Hand-harested. Pinot Auxerrois, Rielsing, Muscat. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur.

Cloudy appearance, with notes of bright apple, white tea, and aromatic candid peach. Creamy and textured with toasty floral complexity, firm bubbles, bright minerality and a touch of funk.
