Fres.co (also known as the Fresh Wine Company) is a Sonoma-based natural wine producer founded in 2019 by winemaker Jack Sporer. Operating out of Magnolia Wine Services—a collaborative custom-crush facility in Sonoma Valley—the brand treats wine like fresh produce. They partner financially with local grape growers to help them transition to pesticide-free, regenerative organic farming practices.

Unlike many of Fres.co's releases from Sonoma Valley vineyards, Cali Fuego is made from 60+ year old Falanghina, Cortese, and Loureiro grown in the unique, river-cooled terroir of Sacremento Delta. With very low 10.9% ABV, it is made for backyard BBQs, porch drinking and camping on warm nights.
