Organic farming. Destemming and light crushing of the grapes is followed by skin maceration with  indigenous yeasts for approximately 4 days. Aged in neutral epoxy tanks for approximately 4 days. Bottled unfined, with minimal added sulfur. This is a tiny production wine. Highly allocated.

Earthy and intense, with aromas of dried citrus and honey, and hints of orange peel and ginger on the palate.
