Domaine In Black Adul'terre Orange Gewurztraminer 2024

Winemaker Lambert Spielmann is based in St. Pierre and farms two hectares in the neighboring commune of Epfig, using biodynamics and working very low intervention in the cellar. Adul'terre is macerated gewurztraminer from a parcel of 30 year old vines planted over clay and limestone in Obernai, fermented as whole bunches for a week before being pressed to barrel for elevage.

A deep, hazy shade of sunset, with subtle aromas of rose, zest and spice, and a touch of bitterness. Pure, delicious and refreshing with clarity of fruit and harmony of texture.
