Organic farming. Low-sulfur vinification and aging, whole-cluster fermented with indigenous yeasts. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats, with no sulfur added at any time.
A plush pinot noir with excellent acidity, as well as all the delicious dark forest fruits you'd expect. The nose is a bouquet of spicy, floral aromas along with bright red cherry, grapefruit peel, blueberry, and brown spice. Silky on the palate, with beautiful fruit and spice balanced by a touch of earth and chalky minerality, and a hint of salinity.
