Sébastien Dervieux is a shining star in the world of natural winemaking working on a small organic domaine in the Loire Valley of only 2.4 hectares. Wines are vinified with native yeasts in a barn, which exposes the juice to all of the Loire’s extreme climate conditions. The red wines are macerated in whole bunches for 12 to 15 days. No sulfur or any other additions are used.
This Cabernet Franc is earthy, textured, and a little wild, with notes of tart red fruit, spicy pepper, and tobacco leaf.
