Fruit for this pet-nat comes from Eaglepoint Vineyard, located at 2,000′ elevation above Ukiah with 40+ year old vines. Grapes were hand-harvested. A short maceration prior to pressing gives this wine a playful color. It was fermented in tank and put to bottle towards the end of fermentation to finish. The wine was aged for 6 months in bottle and then riddled and disgorged with no dosage. Sparkling grape juice with no additives.

This is a bright, peachy, salmon, with a nose of cherry pie and strawberry jam. The bubbles are big and playful with a palate of blackberries, dried mango and lemon peel.
