The fruit for Cruse Tradition Sparkling wine is sourced from Alder Springs, Rorick, Keefer Ranch and small amount of Charles Heitz. Grapes were farmed using sustainable and organic methods. The wine proceeded through a native fermentation in barrel, wooden tanks, and about 20% stainless steel fermentation. Zero Dosage. No sulfur was used in the élevage, and it was bottled without fining or filtration.

This is a bone-dry sparkling wine with flavors of stone fruit, citrus, and pitted red fruit.
