She consistently makes wines with original style and personality.
'Orchis Mascula' is taken from three plots of 30 year-old vines and is always aged in barriques for 18 to 20 months. A small amount of sulfur is added, only added at bottling. This Pinot is aromatic and floral, with notes of fresh plum both on the nose and the palate. On the palate, red cherry, coriander seed, and rose. Tannins are soft but present.
