From seventy year-old organically farmed vines planted 450 meters above sea level. In this cooler vintage the wine spent a couple of days on skins before being pressed off to chestnut casks for a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.

Cloudy and golden-hued, with impeccable balance, a refreshing citrusy tang and a hint of spice.
