After a career in horticulture and some time working in the restaurant business, Damien Bastian became interested in natural wine. He worked for a well-known Savoie-based winemaker, Dominique Lucas, before settling on 75 acres of chasselas vines in the Marignan appellation (Savoie) less than 1km from Lake Geneva. “Ça Boit Libre” is a play on words; drinking freely (without additives), and Freedom for Savoie (Savoie LIBRE).

Aged in barrels for at least a year with no filtration or additives, Damien's Mon Blanc de la Haute showcases that classic Haute-Savoie profile - fine, elegant, and beautifully taut with touches of spice and dried fruits. Light amber hue aromatic complexity due to a light maceration.
