A light and juicy sparkling red pet-nat from local winemaker Cassidy Miller. Organic farming. Fruit was destemmed with daily pumpovers throughout fermentation. Pressed after a few days to settle before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur.

Flavors of tart red fruits like pomegranate and cherry; great bubbles, balanced acidity and a refreshing finish. 11% ABV.
