Hailing from the quaint town of Arbois, Jura, Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon are two young vintners revered for their elegant expressions of Ploussard and an ouillé white blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin . They steward a modest 4.5 hectares of low-yielding, biodynamically farmed vines; their production is very small and their wines are highly sought-after. Their non-interventionist winemaking philosophy takes inspiration from their time at Pierre Overnoy and Stéphane Tissot.
Their vineyards are spread across a handful of exceptional sites in Arbois and Arbois-Pupillin, where complex marl and limestone soils give the wines remarkable character and finesse. Old-vine Chardonnay and Savagnin produce vibrant, mineral-driven whites of impressive longevity. Every wine reflects a deep connection to place, expressing the unique terroirs of the Jura with clarity, precision and quiet elegance.
