Grenache from their own vineyards in Valgrand, macerated in the fermenting juice of direct press Cinsault from Le Mazel. The two varieties are infused for nine months, before being pressed to old barriques for a year of rest. Notes of tart red berries and blood orange bitters. This wine is pale and perfumed, yet has surprising depth and texture.
