Grape: Gewurztraminer/Pinot Gris
A 50/50 blend of Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris that is unique, fruity, and zero/zero. Light oxidation with notes of citrus and floral. Fermentation is done for 12 months in 15-year-old barriques. After pressing, the wine fermented outside in fiberglass vats for six months, before resting for a year in old barriques.
Lifted aromas of lime, white flowers and spice with a pleasant bitterness and salinity on the finish.
