Sinfonia di Bianco is a deep and complex expression of Grillo, sourced from Alessandro Viola’s most premium vineyard plots in Santa Ninfa and Pietrarenosa. To achieve the wine's characteristic depth, the grapes are harvested slightly over-ripe and undergo a three-day skin maceration. The process adds a light tannic structure and a rich texture. Following Alessandro’s natural philosophy, the wine is aged in old chestnut barrels (botti) and bottled without fining or filtration.

A dry, complex, and aromatic orange wine. Slightly smoky, with racy citrusy acidity, ripe stone fruit aromas with preserved lemon characters, floral notes and gentle tannins.
