At twenty-nine-years old, up-and-coming winemaker Alessandra Divella is Italy's answer to grower Champagne, on track to upend the industrial farming practices rampant in Franciacorta. This zero/zero Franciacorta comes from two hectares of organically-farmed vines. The soil is of marine origin and composed of limestone and clay from the Jurassic period. The wines are all zero dosage and they refine from 2 to 5 years on the lees. Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed.

This refined wine is clean and mineral driven, with fine bubbles, racy acidity and aromatics of baked bread, lemon zest and pine.
