This Blanc de Blancs aged four years on the lees and was disgorged 2 months before the release date with a dosage limited to 5 grams of sugar per liter.
A fine, elegant, yet powerful Champagne with sweet floral notes and a suggestion of mint and white orchard fruit. Seamless, crystalline finish.
