Coming from 30-40 year-old vines, grapes are hand-harvested and direct-pressed in whole bunches. Fermented with natural yeasts and aged in glass-tiled concrete vats 6 months on fine lees. No fining or filtration and no added sulfur.

A wine with beautifully spontaneous aromas. Citrusy and minerally in character and saline on the finish. Amphibolite expresses itself best in youth.
