Arnot-Roberts was founded in 2001 by longtime friends Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts. Their namesake winery produces single-vineyard bottlings from California’s North Coast. This Falanghina comes from Las Cimas vineyard, which sits in the hills on the western edge of the Russian River Valley. At roughly 800 ft elevation, the vineyard is planted to an impressive assortment of grape varieties on its steep sloping hillsides. The soils are sandy clay loam on fractured sandstone, dotted with quartz and schist. The vines are exposed to ample sun, with cooling breezes from the Russian River valley and from the Pacific Ocean just 15 miles to the West.

This is a wine that stays true to its southern Italian origins, with bright tropical & citrus flavors, along with minerality and mouthwatering acidity.
