Partida Creus Vinel·lo Ancestral is a sparkling wine made with Grenache, Ull de Perdiu, Sumoll, Queixal de Llop, Carignan, Garrut and Trepat, from vineyards planted on clayey-calcareous soils.
Harvesting is done by hand. Grapes macerate whole-cluster, and after the stomping, the musts ferment one after another as they are added, lengthening the whole process of fermentation, which is completed in the bottle, resting with its fine lees for a minimum of 10 months. Native yeasts are used for fermentation, and no sulfur is added.
This is a light and fruity sparkling wine. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruit stand out, with notes of flowers and yeast. Easy on the palate, with a long and refreshing finish.
