Klanjscek's farm is located on the hills of Collio (Gorizia). They have about 4 hectares of vineyards, and have been making wine since 2017. The winery has been certified organic in the vineyard since 2019. All of the white wines are macerated on the skins. In the cellar, only indigenous yeasts are used, and without temperature control. The wines are made in the most natural way possible, with minimal intervention and no additions.

This stunning skin-contact wine has 50% botrytis. Aged 24 months in Slovenian oak barrels before bottling. 11% ABV. Rich, dry and aromatic, with notes of honeyed apricots and almond paste.
