Klanjscek's farm is located on the hills of Collio (Gorizia). They have about 4 hectares of vineyards, and have been making wine since 2017. The winery has been certified organic in the vineyard since 2019. All of the white wines are macerated on the skins. In the cellar, only indigenous yeasts are used, and without temperature control. The wines are made in the most natural way possible, with minimal intervention and no additions.

100% Pink Pinot Grigio, or Pinot Grigio Ramato, with 3 weeks of skin contact that adds body, structure, and color, to the wine. Spontaneous fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, and aged for 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels.

A brilliant shade of ruby red grapefruit, grippy and structured, with aromas and flavors of rose petals, rhubarb, blood orange, and dried herbs.
