The grapes, coming from 2 vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands and Carmel Valley, fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. The wines were aged separately for 6 months in barrel before blending. The wine was then aged in bottle for an additional 16 months before disgorging by hand.

A dry, crisp sparkling rosé, with notes of golden raspberry, pomelo, and oyster shells.
