Lebeau-Batiste, an organic vineyard just south of Epernay run by Eric Lebeau and Anne-Marie Batiste, has been farmed by this family since the 14th century. This tiny, 800 case production from is aged for more than 30 months and uses 20% reserve wine. 

Medium-bodied, with crisp acidity and notes of green apple, lemon and almond brioche.
