Fanny Daher began her wine journey by helping out at Domaine Sulauze, her cousin Guillaume’s winery. Her experience there led her to start her own venture as a négociant winemaker, which marked the beginning of her project "La Baladeuse." Through this project, she travels to source grapes from friends, family, and like-minded producers who share their vineyard’s fruit. All her winery partners practice organic and biodynamic farming in Southern Rhône, Languedoc, and Provence.

Bright, acid-driven, and fruity, with a delicate, yeasty body, this refreshing pet-nat finishes bone-dry and super crisp.
