Organic/biodynamic farming. A single vineyard bottling of skin-contact old vine Muscat. The vineyard has cherry trees planted around it, hence the grapes grow near the blossoms. Organic farming, spontaneous fermentation with the native yeasts, no filtering or fining, and bottled without any sulfur.

This is a stunning wine with a short period of skin contact resulting is a moderately tannic orange wine. Aromatic and bright yellow fruit notes with dried citrus peels. A rarity among Matassa's cuvées, with very limited availability.
